At Career Amend Inc., we are committed to providing professional, job-ready training and development programs. Enrollment in any of our courses constitutes acceptance of this Refund Policy, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Use.
This Refund Policy is structured into four categories of enrollment—Upfront Payment, Sponsorship, Pay After Placement, and Loan/EMI Financing—to ensure clarity.
1. General Provisions
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Refund Policy. No cancellations or refunds will be processed outside the terms specified herein.
1.2 Formally-Notified Start Date
- The formally-notified start date is the date communicated to you via official Career Amend email or other formal communication.
- It is your responsibility to check official communications (including emails and reminders). Failure to read or acknowledge these messages does not exempt you from obligations.
- Not attending classes—even if informed—counts as voluntary absence and does not entitle you to refunds.
1.3 Method of Notification
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via:

The date of receipt/postmark will be considered the official cancellation date.
1.4 Processing Time
All eligible refunds, where applicable, will be reviewed and processed within 30 days using the original payment method.
1.5 No Exceptions Clause
Career Amend reserves the right to strictly enforce deadlines. Requests received outside the stated periods will automatically result in forfeiture of all fees.
2. Category 1 – Upfront Payment
This category applies if you have made a direct upfront payment from your own funds (without sponsorship, loan, or PAP).
2.1 Refund Schedule

2.2 Conditions

3. Category 2 – Sponsorship
This category applies if your program fees are covered by a sponsorship arrangement.
3.1 Refund Policy
- No Refunds Apply: Since no personal payment has been made, there is no refund under any circumstances.
3.2 Program Cancellation
- Your program may be canceled (e.g., due to academic failure, disciplinary violations, or personal withdrawal). However, the sponsorship agreement remains binding.
3.3 Transfer Option
- At Career Amend’s sole discretion, sponsorships may be reassigned or transferred to another eligible student if active at the time. Students cannot demand sponsorship transfer.
4. Category 3 – Pay After Placement (PAP)
This category applies if you are enrolled under an Income Share Agreement (ISA), commonly referred to as Pay After Placement.
4.1 Refund Policy
- No Refunds Apply: Since no upfront fee is paid, no refunds are applicable.
4.2 Cancellation Policy
- Students may cancel their enrollment, but this does not void the PAP.
- If you withdraw voluntarily, you are simply choosing not to participate. Career Amend owes no financial compensation, as the financial obligation begins only upon placement.
4.3 Binding Agreement
- The signed PAP remains legally enforceable once the student is shortlisted and accepted.
5. Category 4 – Loan/EMI Financing
This category applies if you are financing your enrollment via a loan or EMI structure with a financial institution and your loan is not being sponsored.
5.1 Refund Schedule

5.2 Loan Partner Conditions
- Loan refunds (where eligible) will follow both Career Amend’s policy and the loan provider’s rules.
- If a loan has already been disbursed, the student is legally responsible for repaying the loan as per the financial agreement, regardless of withdrawal or non-attendance.
5.3 Important Clarifications
- Career Amend is not liable for disputes between the student and the lender.
- Any deduction or delay from the financial partner’s side is outside our control.
- Refunds from Career Amend will only be processed to the lender, not directly to the student.
6. Strict Enforcement & Liability Protection
- Career Amend is not responsible for:
- Students failing to check official communications.
- Students refusing to attend classes despite repeated notifications.
- Personal circumstances (health issues, relocation, job changes, etc.).
- Non-attendance does not entitle students to refunds.
- Career Amend’s decision on refund eligibility is final and binding.
7. Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be governed exclusively under the jurisdiction outlined in Career Amend’s Terms of Use. By enrolling, you waive any right to pursue claims outside the stated dispute resolution process.
